It's all on me! How do I work, home school, go to sports and keep a clean house?

Recently, in my Homeschool Boss Moms Group, I answered a question posted by one of our members.  She needed help around time management.  She could not figure out how to work, home school, go to sports, and keep a clean house.  She is not able to hire help, so all the things were her responsibility.   

Here is how I approach this all too common problem that many of our Home School Boss Moms have!  We should not be the only one doing all these things.  It is not healthy or sustainable to do it all by yourself!  You need to build a community of people to support you.  Get creative with some other solutions!  

This is a story that you created...that you have to do it all alone and that it is all on you.  In order for this life as a Home School Boss Mom to be sustainable, you need to have strong mindset, boundaries and a high level of organization.

How much of what you are doing do you actually enjoy?  A lot of this common problem is about energy management.  We actually have enough time, it is just that we don't want to do the tasks.  Start saying YES to more things that you want to do and this will actually create more time and space for the things that you NEED to get done.

In order to be fully resourced, you need to have enough sleep and rest!!  You need to give yourself permission to receive support.  No one can do this alone!!

Be gentle with yourself and make a list of what is most important to you and just start with one of those things, doing a little bit at a time.
