Cara Mendez facilitates her clients through the extraordinary journey of returning back to the wholeness within themselves - the state of unconditional love and acceptance of all your parts. In her work, she works with harmonizing the inner masculine & feminine energy archetypes that leads to full soul expression and a blissful life experience.
Cara is married to her soul mate of 17 years and mother to five beautiful children. She has navigated the roller coaster of entrepreneurship, marriage challenges, parenthood, financial hardship and inner healing. Cara has been devoted to breaking generational cycles to create a new paradigm of love & bliss for herself, her children and the clients she serves.
Cara walks the path of the Priestess, the sacred & holy woman. She is a liberator, an activator of divine gifts and Priestess awakener as well as a divine channel for the Primordial Mother. She practices tantra and is certified in Pranic Healing, NLP, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, T.I.M.E. Technique & as a Success Coach. Her own personal healing journey has been her catalyst of initiation for her soul’s divine remembrance of wholeness.
